Old Southeast St Petersburg Neighborhoods

Old Southeast is situated on the bay at the southern doorstep of Downtown St Pete, with scenic 12.5 acre waterfront Lassing Park hugging the coastline along the east side of the neighborhood. Spectacular sunrises, brick streets and distinct hexagonal-block sidewalks are just some of the details that give this historic neighborhood its charm. The roughly 500 homes consist of mostly single family homes built from the 1920s to 1950s; some with additional small buildings or detached garages with apartments on the properties. Residents enjoy the convenience of the Old Southeast Market and The Chattaway Restaurant (Est.1951), both of which are nestled in the neighborhood. The location is also ideal for easy access to all of the shops and restaurants in Downtown St Petersburg, which is minutes away and it’s only a 20 minute drive to the Gulf Beaches.
